1. Warranty Coverage

SOUNDSATION products are covered by a limited 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase as shown on the original receipt.

During the warranty period, SOUNDSATION may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product free of charge, or
• Replace defective parts, or
• Replace the entire product if necessary.

All replaced parts become the property of SOUNDSATION.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must be handled through:

• The original authorized dealer, or
• An authorized service center (RMA required for direct shipment)

A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty claim.

Products must be properly packaged for transport (preferably in original packaging). Damage caused during transport due to inadequate packaging is not covered by warranty.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Accessories supplied with the product (e.g. cables, adapters, stands, brackets)
• Consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Products that have been modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorized personnel
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
• Damage caused by external factors such as impact, fire, liquids, or power surges
• Incorrect installation, setup, or maintenance

3.1 Batteries and Lithium-Ion Batteries

Unless otherwise specified for a specific product, the following conditions apply to all batteries, including rechargeable lithium-ion batteries used in portable or wireless products:

• Batteries (internal or external) are considered consumable components
• Rechargeable batteries are subject to natural wear, aging, and gradual capacity reduction over time
• Reduction in runtime, charging capacity, or overall performance due to normal use is not covered by warranty
• Battery performance may vary depending on usage cycles, charging habits, storage conditions, and environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity)
• Damage caused by improper installation, use of non-approved chargers or power supplies, or incorrect charging practices is excluded from warranty coverage

Lithium-ion specific conditions:

• Lithium-ion batteries naturally degrade over time and are not considered defective when capacity decreases progressively
• Deep discharge, long-term storage without periodic recharging, or exposure to extreme temperatures may permanently reduce battery performance and is not covered under warranty
• Swelling, leakage, deformation, or failure caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling is excluded from warranty coverage

Safety and handling requirements:

• Batteries must always be used, charged, and stored according to the instructions provided in the product manual
• Products must not be opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel
• In case of abnormal behavior (e.g. overheating, swelling, unusual smell, or leakage), the product must be immediately disconnected and submitted to an authorized service center

4. Limitations of Liability

SOUNDSATION shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, or business opportunities
• Costs related to installation, removal, or replacement of the product

5. General Conditions

• Warranty is valid only with original proof of purchase
• Warranty rights are non-transferable
• Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period
• SOUNDSATION reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the product
